Spokane Youth Symphony: Joy That Inspires

Featuring the four orchestras of the Spokane Youth Symphony: Spokane Youth Symphony Orchestra (Dr. Philip Baldwin, conductor), Spokane Youth Philharmonic (Dr. Roberta Bottelli, conductor), Spokane Youth Sinfonietta (Ms. Heather Montgomery, conductor), and Spokane Youth Strings (Dr. John Marshall, conductor) will perform.

During the first portion of the concert, there will be a performance of the Vivaldi Double Concerto, featuring violinists Julia Salerno and Sarah Whitney with the combined Strings and Sinfonietta orchestras.  After intermission, the Spokane Youth Symphony Orchestra will play, beginning with the energetic Fanfare by Whitworth composer and faculty member, Brent Edstrom. This concert will also feature the lilting rhythms of Dvorak’s Symphony #6 and the majestic finale of Sibelius’ Symphony #2.

Ticket Information:

Ticket prices are $16 for adults, $14 for seniors and $12 for youth 17 and under.
